May I have the honor? to have your...

 That question "May I have the honor?" was usually used from a man to ask a lady to dance. If he is acting that way, it means he wants the privileged to have such opportunity to dance with the lady. He will treat her well so that he may have another chance in future to dance with her again.

When I open my e-mail (probably it happens for you too) I have sometimes hundreds of junk e-mails, not all of them are junk some of them are interesting things I did subscribed, I can block, or unsubscribe them, but my e-mail provider as you can see in the picture keeps them on a separated folder, so it does not bother me so much, unless the subscription inundates my box of many e-mails every day. Actually, is the opposite, if they are sending me offers, I did subscribe for, I would love from time to time on that folder and see if I got something I would like to see or buy.

So I am going to ask you: "May I have the honor to have your e-mail ?". I hold a small publishing business and from time to time I do a promotion on a new book I am publishing, sometimes a book of my own or books that I have help from other writers, or even joint promotions with other Authors. If you like to read it can be a good deal for the following reasons:

● You will get free books in the exchange of a simple review you may leave on amazon or any other website like GoodReads or LibraryThing

● From time to time we run a Giveaway context where the prize is books or electronic devices for readers, like the kindle device from amazon.

● Because Authors like me are eager to find new readers, we sometimes get together with other Authors to run joint promotions and you would be among the first ones to know if you are subscribed to our e-mail list.

● Education is the greatest investment someone can make in their own lives, and Books are the cheapest , and also perhaps among the best way to get educated about anything, to say nothing about you be getting books before releases, sometimes for free and from a good bargain from the Authors or Publishers themselves

● Because of the Nature of this business we would not be inundating your inbox with so much e-mail every day, after all a book takes sometimes to be written. So I am promising you would not feel annoyed with the quantity of e-mails we sent, if you do, you are more than welcome to unsubscribe (no problem here)
